Shipping policy
All items are shipped from Figueira da Foz, Portugal, via CTT (Portuguese Postal Service) with a tracking number. Hand delivery is available only in the Figueira da Foz area — please contact us to arrange this.
Processing Time
All prints are made to order. I need up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to prepare your order before shipping.
Delivery Estimates
The delivery times listed are estimates provided by CTT. Actual delivery times may vary.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact me before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
All shipments include proof of shipping. A tracking number will be provided whenever possible.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your items arrive damaged or do not arrive at all, please send me an email. I will investigate the issue with CTT and do my best to find a suitable solution.
- Please double-check the shipping address in your confirmation email. I am not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
- If there is any issue with your order, contact me within 3 business days of delivery or of the “delivered” notification. After this period, I cannot file a claim with CTT.
Returns & Refused Orders
- I am not responsible for orders refused at delivery due to change of mind or customs fees (for orders outside Portugal).
- Before placing an order, please check the import duties and taxes applicable in your country.
- If the order is returned, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer, along with any associated fees.
- If the order is returned and the customer refuses to pay for reshipping, the products will be removed from the order.
