Shipping policy
The following policy is related only to Fine Art products.
Graphics & Illustrations are digital products and do not benefit from this policy.
All items are shipped from Figueira da Foz, Portugal, via Portugal’s national postal service with a tracking number.
Print order processing time
All prints are made to order. We may need up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to prepare your order before shipping.
Delivery estimates
The delivery times listed are estimates provided by Portugal’s national postal service. Actual delivery times may vary.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact me before placing your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be calculated based on billing address details.
All shipments include proof of shipping. A tracking number will be provided whenever possible.
Shipping outside of EU
Please note that we do not collect VAT (taxes) for countries outside of the European Union.
Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Lost or damaged orders
If your items arrive damaged or do not arrive at all, please send us an email. We will investigate the issue with Portugal’s national postal service and do our best to find a suitable solution.
- Please double-check the shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
- If there is any issue with your order, contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product.
Returns & refused orders
- We are not responsible for orders refused at delivery due to change of mind or customs fees (for orders outside Portugal or European Union).
- Before placing an order, please check the import duties and taxes applicable in your country.
- If the order is returned, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer, along with any associated fees.
- If the order is returned and the customer refuses to pay for reshipping, the products will be removed from the order.
